Policies and Laws focused on the Earth 

I am not aware of any laws that are specifically focused on the application or development of AI for the Earth Sciences.  Instead, what we will focus on in this module are existing laws focused on the Earth itself, as these may interact with AI applications for the Earth Sciences.  As we keep in mind our evolving document on AI principles and ethics for Earth Sciences, we need to keep in mind any existing laws or policies as well as respect for the Earth itself in our values.
